About Us

  

Manpriya Foundation is an Education and Skill Development organisation founded in 2017 with a vision to bridge the gap between demand and supply of skilled manpower across vocational streams. Manpriya is driven by the commitment to develop the vocational skill manpower base in India by deploying a unique combination of best-in-class learning technologies, expert trainers in various streams and a nation-wide network of high-quality model skills training centres. 


Manpriya Foundation is registered as a not-for-profit organization under section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013. To achieve its mission, Manpriya Foundation has tied-up with the National Skill Development Corporation, various corporates and several State Skill Missions and has the mandate to skill-train and create employment opportunities for 75,000+ youths by 2025.  


Apart from the short term skill courses, Manpriya Foundation is a partner with renowned private Universities to offer Distance Education based formal degree programs. 


Manpriya Foundation was founded by young professionals, who brings his 15+ years of experience of working in education and skill industry into Manpriya Foundation.

Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana-National Urban Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NULM) (http://nulm.gov.in/) Scheme Running by Ministry of Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation, Govt. of India . To reduce poverty and vulnerability of the urban poor households by enabling them to access gainful self employment and skilled wage employment opportunities, resulting in an appreciable improvement in their livelihoods on a sustainable basis, through building strong grassroots level institutions of the poor. The mission would aim at providing shelters equipped with essential services to the urban homeless in a phased manner.

Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) is the flagship scheme of the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE). The objective of this Skill Certification Scheme is to enable a large number of Indian youth to take up industry-relevant skill training that will help them in securing a better livelihood.

The Union Cabinet had approved India’s largest Skill Certification Scheme, Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY), launched on 15 July, 2015, on the occasion of World Youth Skills Day by Honorable Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi. PMKVY is implemented by National Skills Development Corporation (NSDC) under the guidance of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE).

RPL - Recognition of Prior Learning Is a component of PMKVY Scheme. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is a platform to provide recognition to the informal. Learning or learning through work to get equal acceptance as the formal levels of. Education.

Individuals with prior learning experience or skills shall be assessed and certified under the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) component of the Scheme. RPL aims to align the competencies of the unregulated workforce of the country to the NSQF. Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs), such as Sector Skill Councils (SSCs) or any other agencies designated by MSDE/NSDC, shall be incentivized to implement RPL projects in any of the three Project Types (RPL Camps, RPL at Employers Premises and RPL centres). To address knowledge gaps, PIAs may offer Bridge Courses to RPL candidates.

To achieve this Skill Development Mission in the state of Maharashtra, Maharashtra State Skill Development Society has been registered on 15th February 2011 under the Societies Registration Act 1860. The Society is established under the chairmanship of the Chief Secretary and is the Single Nodal Agency for planning, coordination,execution & monitoring of Skill Development Initiative of Government of Maharashtra.The society is functioning under the Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Department, Government of Maharashtra.
STEP Education is authorize training partner with MSSDS for Skill training in Maharashtra with capacity of five center in different place of state.

Manpriya Foundation is an authorised NSDC Partner and offers market-led fee-based courses which are standardised NSQF aligned (National Skills Qualification Framework) programmes. NSDC / SSCs certificates are nationally recognised given its standardisation in content and assessments. 

Manpriya Foundation via its chain of 30+ skill development centres across India offers various short term and long-term courses in 10+ sectors across 8 states of India. 

Our programs range across various levels of the National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF) and cater to a wide range of learner segments ranging from school dropouts and diploma holders to undergraduates and graduates as well as working professionals. Additionally, training in functional English, digital literacy and life skills marks our commitment to helping students become completely job-ready.
